FROM HUMBLE BEGINNINGS TO BUILDING A GLOBAL BUSINESS LEGACY

Imagine a young boy who lost his father at four, left primary school because of poverty, and began working as an apprentice at seven. That boy grew into Dr. Cosmas Maduka, CON, who founded an automotive spare-parts business in 1977 and built Coscharis Group into a diversified enterprise spanning automobiles, manufacturing, technology, agriculture and other industries. His business journey includes relationships with international automotive brands such as Rolls-Royce, BMW, Jaguar Land Rover, MINI and Ford. A Harvard Business School Executive Education alumnus, former Access Bank board director and Nigerian national-honours recipient, he brings a compelling perspective on resilience, stewardship and institution-building.

NOW, ASIA HAS AN OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN FROM HIS EXTRAORDINARY JOURNEY.

A man of deep Christian faith, Dr. Maduka demonstrates how spiritual conviction, entrepreneurial excellence and economic influence can work together. What does it take to build from modest beginnings, lead with conviction, create sustainable wealth and establish a legacy of influence? His story challenges leaders to think bigger and build beyond themselves.
