Leadership development that is responsive, authentic and service-driven can be a tough slog. With periods of both ease and reward, pain and intense challenge, it's kind-of like a mountain trek. Candidates must learn to navigate a unique and difficult path, traversing the rocky outcrops of doubt and fear, and overcoming whatever lurks in the shadows along the way. It demands discipline, resilience, strategy, and a heck of a lot of failure. But boy, is it worth it!
